GRAYSON FARM RELEASE FORM

I hereby agree that I am participating voluntarily in equine activities fully
aware that Horse Sports, Competitions and ALL Equine Activities of ANY
kind involve INHERENT DANGEROUS RISKS including, but not limited
to, (1) the propensity of an equine to behave in dangerous ways; (2) the
inability to predict an equine's reaction to sound, movement, objects,
persons or animals; (3) surface and subsurface conditions; and (4) the
possibility of equipment breakage; any and all of which may result in
serious injury or death to myself or others, to my child/ward, horse or to
property.

Therefore, I agree that in consideration for being permitted to participate
in this equine activity, I EXPRESSLY ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS
OF INJURY OR LOSS to my persons, including any person in attendance
with me, animals or equipment, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless
Grayson Farm, Owners, Family members, Officials, Employees, or any and
all Associated with Grayson Farm from and against any and all claims,
demands, causes of action and liability of any nature which arises from in
connection with said farm, owners, agents, event, et. al., including claims
resulting directly or indirectly from alleged negligent acts or omissions of
any officials, employees, owners or anyone associated with said farm or
event.

This agreement is binding upon myself, my spouse, legal representatives,
heirs, executors, and assigns.

I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THIS
AND ALL GRAYSON FARM POLICIES.
